Using on-court demonstration, Loos goes through a step-by-step process of initiating and setting up the high/low offense and building into it over 10 play options from the wing, post and dribble entry. Learn both a pattern for the high/low and specific plays such as "America's Play". Discover how to ‘hurt the defense' with ball penetration and side-to-side ball movement. With an inside/out philosophy, Loos emphasizes aggressive post play to break down the defense. Loos also shares three options to counter defensive adjustments.
