Coach Bono has stocked this DVD with 20 conditioning drills that will work your wrestlers into top physical and mental state, as well as help them improve their technique. These drills focus on stance, penetration step, level change and footwork. Specific drills include Move the Man, which will help create angles; Top/Bottom Position, which helps knock the opponent off his base (or helps your wrestler maintain his base); Wall Push, which helps strengthen the legs and core to help you recover from a bad position; and Reverse Lock Throw, which works on strengthening the entire body. Bono also includes a number of Resistance Band drills. All drills can be done individually or with partners and are suited for both before practice to help loosen the wrestlers up, or at the end for conditioning purposes.
