Q: How long until I receive my order?
A: This varies greatly from country to country, but generally expect your book or video within 7 to 11 working days. If we are converting to PAL, add a few days for that.
Q: Can I send a check or money order to ChampOnline.com instead of ordering online?
A: As long as the check or money order are in US funds, it is another way to place your order.
Q: What should I include in my mail to you?
A: Please include the following: Name, Street Address, City, State, Country, Postal Code, Phone Number, email address, item number, title, and quantity of each item you are ordering and also need to add shipping charges. If you email us the items that you are purchasing and your address, we can email back the exact shipping charges to add to your order.
Q: In general, how are shipping/handling charges figured?
A: On all international orders, the minimum shipping/handling charge is $15.95. The shipping/handling charge is 20% of the total of your order + a $3.00 handling fee. The exceptions to these calculations: In cases that the shipping charges exceed our shipping/handling charges, you will be billed the actual shipping charges.
