Learn to run effective baseball practices from one of the top coaches in NCAA Division II baseball. In this baseball DVD, Coach Bonneau shares his knowledge of planning baseball practices, organization and team drills that he has used to develop a successful program.
Bonneau covers four types of baseball practice plans: pre-season, conference season, conference tournament and national tournament. Each plan emphasizes specific baseball drills, methods and schedules to get the most out of your team. Bonneau diagrams each part of the practice plan, discusses, then demonstrates it on the baseball field. As you watch his team in a practice setting, Bonneau explains and teaches the finer points of each drill. Through his explanation, Bonneau offers tips on implementation, which includes rotation, frequency of drills, how "light" and "heavy" practices differ and how to be efficient. You and your athletes will benefit from the baseball instruction Bonneau provides.
